The I.H.S. Ageing Conference took place this year in Hotel Kilkenny from the 19th to 21st May, 2017. There were some extremely interesting and useful presentations that took place throughout the weekend, including a presentation by dietitian, Ellen Roche, who spoke about the importance of a healthy diet in your daily routine.
